The following are the terms and conditions of The Myton Hospices Lottery.
This lottery is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk)

Registered Charity Number: 516287 The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry and payment must be made in advance.
- 1. The prizes for The Myton Hospices Lottery are printed on the leaflets and on The Myton Hospice website. There are no alternatives to any prize and no interest is payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 days by post.
- 2. The promoter is not responsible for any delay in bank payments.
- 3. No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
- 4. Your purchase of entries to The Myton Hospices Lottery is from the promoter, solely in accordance with the terms under which the Charity from time to time promotes its lotteries.
- 5. You represent and agree that:
a) You must be 18 or over to play.
b) You are a resident of Great Britain
c) You will not buy or purport to buy an entry to this lottery on behalf of anybody else.
d) You will provide accurate information, including your name, date of birth, personal address and telephone number and accept that it is your duty to keep us informed of any changes as soon as they arise. - 6. We can at any time (and without assigning any reason) refuse to accept and/or cancel your entry. So long as you have complied with the obligations and the terms referred to above, such cancellation will not affect your prior purchase of lottery entries nor your rights as a holder of such lottery entries.
- 7. You agree that you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate to the promoting Charity your representations under paragraphs 2 a), b) and c) above.
- 8. The draw will take place every Friday by random number generator. The results will be available on the Lottery helpline 01926 407902 and on The Myton Hospice website.
- 9. All profits from The Myton Hospices Lottery go to The Myton Hospices.
- 10. The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription, or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
- 11. The promoter’s decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
- 12. If you choose not to continue with your membership, you may cancel at any time by notifying the Promoter by post, email or by telephone. If you cancel your membership, any subscriptions you may have paid in advance will continue to play in The Myton Hospices Lottery until your credit expires, unless you specifically request a refund. Any advance payments under £1 will be treated as a donation. If you subscribe by Standing Order, it is your responsibility to cancel this payment with your bank/building society.
- 13. £5/£10 per monthly subscription will ensure that you never miss a draw and any excess pence that don't play in a draw will be gratefully accepted as a donation by The Myton Hospices.
The Myton Hospices ‘Weekly Lottery New Members’ Free Gift Draws Rules.
- 1. Entrants in the New Members Free Gift Draws must be 18 years and over.
- 2. Anyone who signs up to join the Myton Weekly Lottery for the first time will be automatically entered into the next month’s New Players’ Free Gift Draw held on the first Friday of the month.
- 3.The draws will be made utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved, third-party test house.
- 4. If the number of eligible entrants in any of the New Members Free Gift Draws is less than 650 in total, then gifts will be allocated to 80% of the entrants. If the number of eligible entrants in any of the New Members Free Gift Draws is more than 650 in total, then 519 entrants will be allocated a £5.00 cheque.
- 5. Further New Members’ Free Gift Draw details are available via The Myton Hospices Weekly Lottery helpline. Please telephone 01926 407902 (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
- 6. Any cheques remaining uncashed for over 6 months will be cancelled and the unclaimed prizes will be treated as a donation.
- 7. The Promoter may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion.
- 8. There are no alternatives to gifts and no interest is payable.
- 9. There is no need to claim any of the gifts. Up to 1,497 x £5 cheques will be posted out direct to the recipients by Royal Mail 2nd class post, within 7 days of the draw taking place.

Myton Jackpot Raffle Terms And Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of The Myton Hospices Jackpot Raffle.

Promoter: Myton Hospice (Promotions) Limited, Myton Hamlet Hospice, Myton Lane, Warwick, CV34 6PX, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Myton Hospices (Registered Charity No. 516287).

The cost of each entry is £1. Players purchase their entries as either part of the increased Direct Debit payment unless supporters have opted out of participation in the Myton Jackpot Raffle or via cheque or debit card for one-off additional tickets.
Direct Debit Payments will be collected as per the current frequency and allocated to the Jackpot Raffle which will run on an annual basis. With the number of entries dependant on the number of successful Direct Debit payments have been made between the Jackpot raffle draws.
